Finding a useful way to re-use something you were going to throw out is such a thrill! Here we have a simple idea to re-use those empty spice jars.
Start with an empty spice jar. Clean out the inside well and remove the lid (but keep the lid with holes!
I decided to decorate mine, but you can just leave it as-is as well. I took strips of japanese masking tape and wrapped them around the jar.
Wrap the edges as well
Fill with water and stick your flowers in one stem at a time.
Voila! A new little vase for your desk or sidetable.
