Parents-to-be Josh Duhamel and Fergie are going the traditional route with their baby boy’s name..partly because they’ve been forced to!
At a Habitat for Humanity event, Josh joked that his top baby name pick was swiped before had a chance to use it! “Coming from North Dakota, we were going to name it North, but you know, unfortunately, Kim and Kanye took that.”
All kidding aside, the anxious father-to-be shared that they are sticking with something traditional, but refuse to share it just yet. “It’s a fairly traditional name but you don’t hear it very often. It means a lot to both of us and part of it is a family name. We’re not telling anybody because we don’t want to hear it. No matter what you chose, people are going to have their comments.”
Josh also gushed that he’s hoping this won’t be the only child for them. “She’s been really cool throughout this whole thing. It’s been a delight actually, which is good because she’s hopefully going to want another one soon.”
The happy couple hit the red carpet last night for the premiere of Josh’s new film “Scenic Route”. Fergie looks like she’s going ot be ready for baby any day now!
