On days when you're serving a group of family or friends it's nice to have recipes on deck for larger breakfasts. One of our favorites is the perfect and simple Mozzarella and Red Pepper Frittata recipe. This is a great standby because it's a cinch to make and has enough protein to hold everyone over until lunch.
