It’s been a huge week for Today babies as Carson Daly and his fiancée Siri Pinter welcomed a baby girl, London Rose Daly, on Wednesday, Aug. 20.
London Rose is Carson’s and Siri’s third child — the couple has a 5-year-old son, Jack, and a 2-year-old daughter, Etta.
Daly, who is the social media correspondent of the morning program as well as host of The Voice, appeared on Today via an iPad, of course, to make the announcement and said the couple had to rush to the hospital.
“We thought this was going to happen on Saturday and it didn’t. We went home. It was a long couple days of waiting,” Carson, 41, said on Thursday morning. “Finally yesterday I got a call … It was Siri saying ‘Come on, come on! It’s happening right now!’ and like out of a movie, I sped to the hospital and they were literally waiting for me to get there and we had our beautiful baby girl.”
Pinter tweeted, “Thanks for all the love! @TODAYshow: Welcome to the world, London Rose! ” with a happy photo of Daly cuddling their new baby.
Daly proposed to food blogger PInter in October.
