If there is one thing I’ve learned after having a boy, it’s that they will never enjoy shopping for back to school clothes as much as the girls. They don’t appreciate the fun in having new clothes to start out the school year, and they are perfectly happy wearing dingy socks and shoes with holes in them as they are wearing something with fresh tags. However, as moms we want them to look presentable to their teachers, friends, and family for at least the first couple of weeks before we go back to the dirty socks and the pants that are too short yet very comfortable to them.
