Celebrities Don Halloween Costumes For A Good Cause

Celebrities put their best costumes forward for a good cause.

The 2010 Dream Halloween fundraiser for Children Affected By AIDS Foundation drew in a mutlitude of celebrities and their children on Saturday.  The organization puts on the event to raise funds, but also to help children living with HIV/AIDS to enjoy Halloween with a safe, secure experience.

Jamie Lee Curtis showed off her school spirit on the red carpet in her cheerleader costume, complete with the CAAF logo.

"Courgar Town" actress Busy Philipps and her adorable daughter Birdie wore Tinkerbell-style costumes together.

"Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" stars Bill Horn and Scout Masterson show off their new daughter, Simone, on the red carpet.  This has to be THE custest costume of the day!  She is just precious!

Last, but not least, Tori Spelliing and her family turned out to support the event.  Tori was dressed in a peacock costume and little Stella was a fairy godmother.  The McDermott men went dressed alike in "Wolverine" costumes – you can see a tiny sliver of Liam, who is being held by his dad, Dean McDermott, on the right.
