TV hostess and reality star Giuliana Rancic opens up about journey to conceive a baby.
Giuliana and her husband Bill have been chronicling their attempts to start a family on their hit reality show “Giuliana and Bill“. The couple talked about their journey, including a recent miscarriage. After losing a baby last month, they are trying to remain optimistic: “It was several months of guilt and sadness. The good news is that IVF did work as we did get pregnant”
Giuliana says that they are going to soldier on with the IVF treatments: “Sometimes I have to get [injections] 21 days in a row, three times a day. It’s a lot. But you’ve got to do it.”
The couple aren’t ready just yet to explore other avenues to grow their family, but have had many offers: “We’ve gotten probably 40 women who have offered to be surrogates and the other day I got an email saying, ‘My niece is having a baby, and she’s giving it up for adoption and we’d like to give it up to you.” “It’s just amazing how many people are incredibly generous and so giving.”
