Sarah Jessica Parker, Drew Barrymore and more stepped out last night, showing off their best red carpet looks, for the New York City Ballet 2013 Fall Gala.  The event was held at the David H. Koch Theater, Lincoln Center and was chaired by Sarah Jessica Parker.
