Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 package regular Oreos
- 8 ounces white chocolate bars (not white chocolate chips), melted
- 1 red gel paste pen
- chocolate chips
Instructions:
Step 1: Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are fine crumbs. Cut the cream cheese into a few pieces and drop into the cookie crumbs and pulse again until a dough forms.
Step 2: Use your hands to form the dough into 1-inch round balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slide the baking sheet into the fridge and chill for at least 2 hours or up to 1 day.
Step 3: After the dough has chilled, melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave.
Step 4: Remove your dough balls from the fridge. Use a spoon to dip the chilled truffles in the melted white chocolate to coat each ball. Return the chocolate-covered truffles to the fridge to chill until the chocolate is set.
Step 5: Once the chocolate has properly set, remove the truffles from the fridge. Place one chocolate chip, pointy side in, into the chocolate. Use the red gel pen to make bloodshot eyes on the truffle. Serve this greusome treat to your delightfully disgusted guests!
