Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ounce dried elderflowers
Preparation:
Step 1: Combine the water and sugar in a pot over medium heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 2: Add the dried elderflowers to the warm water sugar mixture and steep for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove the elderflowers and cool syrup completely.
Step 4: store in the fridge.
