Ingredients:
- 1¼ ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- ¾ ounce fresh orange juice
- ¾ Elderflower Syrup (buy in specialty stores, or make it yourself)
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- tonic water
Preparation:
Step 1: Build the cocktail in a highball glass filled with ice by adding the grapefruit juice, orange juice, elderflower syrup, and lemon juice and stirring in glass to chill.
Step 2: Top off with tonic water.
