I spend the entire summer outside soaking up the sun and enjoying life outdoors. Whether I’m at the pool or the beach, I’m always prepared with the necessities. I have a packed tote bag with all of my favoring lounging necessities—a book, my phone, earbuds, sunscreen, and sunglasses—ready to go at all times.
I am a huge fan of sunnies, and collect them in all different styles. There are so many cute pairs out their for reasonable prices. Sometimes I have old pairs that I breathe new life into by adding a little something extra to them.
Today, I will be showing you how I step up my sunglasses game with these DIY floral sunglasses.
Supplies:
- Sunglasses
- Scissors
- Fake flowers
- Hot glue gun
Instructions:
Step 1: If your fake flowers have stems like ours did, cut them off! You want the back of your flowers to be flat.
Step 2: After your glue gun has heated up, add a small dot to the back of your first flower.
Step 3: Place flower on the top corner (either side) of your sunnies and hold them until they’re dry.
Step 4: Repeat on both sides. I decided to do two flowers on both the left and right. Design them however you like (one flower, flowers all along the top, different colors, etc!).
Enjoy! These are my new favorite accessory. You’re all set to lounge in style!
