Zooey Deschanel Reveals Her Daughter’s Name

Three months after becoming a mom, actress Zooey Deschanel has finally announced the name that she and husband Jacob Pachenik chose for their baby girl:  Elsie Otter.

“We just really liked the name Elsie, and then we both love otters,” Deschanel said during an interview on  “The Today Show,” on Tuesday, October 20. “They hold hands when they sleep. There are so many wonderful things about otters!”
