Property Brothers debut animated series Builder Brothers Dream Factory

Property Brothers’ Preschool Series Builder Brothers Dream Factory Debuts This Month

Most moms are familiar with Drew and Jonathan Scott, the identical twin brothers who host HGTV’s addictive home-improvement series Property Brothers. Now, the dynamic duo is taking their entertainment empire into new terrain, with a preschool series called Builder Brothers Dream Factory. It debuts on the Canadian TV network Treehouse on March 26.

Property Brothers to Debut New Preschool Series

Builder Brothers Dream Factory is inspired by the pair of reality TV celebs (and dads), who are based in Los Angeles but hail from Canada. In the series, the Scott brothers are just a couple of typical kids who use their creativity and imagination to solve conundrums and assist their pals in their neighborhood, including BFFs Ayana and Mel.

“This series is one of our most personal projects to-date,” Drew Scott said in a statement, according to the Hollywood Reporter. “Now that we have our own kids, we are more attuned to sharing the values our own parents instilled in us, but in a fresh and familiar way that resonates with families everywhere.”

Property Brothers Build Entertainment Empire

The Scotts are no stranger to popular series. Their namesake series debuted in 2011, followed by Buying & Selling and Brother vs. Brother. They now have their own Scott Brothers Entertainment company, which is the force behind Builder Brothers Dream Factory, along with Sinking Ship Entertainment. The series will be distributed by Nelvana.

“We are so proud of this show and are excited for families to experience the creative world of the Builder Brothers. Audiences can expect to see the same amount of wit, imagination, and creative construction as they always do from Drew and Jonathan,” Amory Millard, vice-president of kids at Scott Brothers Entertainment, said in a statement.

“We are thrilled that this project was able to attract such diverse talent, both emerging and established, who can authentically speak to the experiences of the characters in this community,” Carla de Jong of Sinking Ship Entertainment added.

Given how charismatic the Scott brothers are, it’s only a matter of time until your kids get excited to join you in your HGTV binge-watching!
