Moscow Mule Mocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• ¼ ounce ginger syrup (see recipe here)
• ½ ounce pineapple juice
• ginger beer
• ice

Preparation:

Step 1: Pour lime juice, ginger syrup and pineapple juice into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled.

Step 2: Strain mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top off with the Ginger Beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
