I’m always looking for non-alcoholic fun and festive beverages to serve to guests. I am big on having a signature cocktail at parties, not only because of the chic factor, but also because it prevents you from having to stock a full bar while still making your guests feel special. Having a signature mocktail is also always a good idea for the kiddos and any adults who prefer not to drink alcohol. One of my favorite drinks is the bellini, so I recently came up with an alcohol-free version of this tasty classic.
