I use my muffin tin for way more than just muffins. Because here’s the thing: It’s the perfect tool for baking all sorts of sweet and savory recipes. I love that whatever I make is automatically portioned out (no slicing involved). And here’s something else: Muffin tin recipes are great for entertaining, even if you’re going to a potluck at someone else’s house. We’re headed to a party this weekend, for example, and I’ll be bringing some pizza rolls made in — you guessed it — a muffin tin. I can prep everything at home and pop the tin in the oven at my friend’s house when we’re ready to eat. Easy and delicious.
Check out some of my favorite muffin tin recipes and get inspired!
