During the fall and winter I love to curl up in the morning with a fresh cup of hot coffee and catch up on my email and my plan for the day ahead. During the summer I still crave that coffee flavor, but I like to enjoy an iced down version curled up in a chair on my back deck while I welcome the day. I don’t like to pay coffee house prices, or run to the local coffee shop, so I’ve come up with several easy iced coffee recipes I like to use, and today I want to share them with you. I’m also going to share how to make coffee ice cubes; it’s super easy and it keeps your iced coffee drink from getting watered down. Let’s make some delicious iced coffee!
To make coffee ice cubes simply brew a cup of your favorite coffee, pour it into your ice cube tray, and freeze.
Do this the night before, or make several trays and pour the coffee ice cubes into a plastic bag, or bowl with a lid.
You’ll have coffee ice cubes when you’re ready to make one of these simple but delicious iced coffee recipes.
