Every New Year’s Day I say to myself, “this is the year to get in shape!” If you’re anything like me and most of the country, you’ve made the dreaded resolution to get your body in tip-top shape. January is the perfect time to join a new gym, start a new workout like a yoga or barre class or, if you’re really brave, head out into the cold for a good old-fashioned run or walk. The one thing that will get motivated (besides my pants not fitting quite right) is new, stylish workout gear and outfits. To get the most use out of your workout gear and clothes, buy tops and bottoms that can easily be mixed-and-matched based on your activity for the day.
