What does this mean for you?
The affected cribs are Bassettbaby drop side cribs with external plastic hardware. The cribs’ drop-side rail can malfunction or detach, when this happens a space is created between the side and the crib matters where an infant or toddler’s body can become entrapped. This can lead to strangulation and/or suffocation.
