Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner have called off their wedding plans.
Heather’s rep confirmed yesterday (after she was spotted at the ‘Breaking Dawn’ premiere sans engagement ring) that she and Jack have ended things, with a simple “Jack and Heather are no longer engaged”.
