Jennifer Garner explains why she and husband Ben Affleck are still going strong after six years of marriage.
A positive attitude and appreciation for one another is the key, according to the actress in an interview with InStyle’s January issue. She shared: “We both know we couldn’t do what we do without each other. Ben always says, ‘If you love it, we can make it happen.’ “
Ben also knows how to spoil his wife just a little. To honor their two daughters Violet and Seraphina, he bought her a pair of pink and white diamond Harry Winston bands. “He knows when to swoop in with the gesture. He’s sweet that way. Honestly, I would do anything for that man, because I know it’s not taken for granted.” Perhaps Jennifer will wind up with another band – in blue and white after baby #3 arrives.
The busy mom of two says that her cravings in the first trimester involved a lot of junk food, which her girls are unfamiliar with: “My kids had never seen Doritos before. They would say, ‘Mom, where did you get that orange chip? I really want that.’ “
Jennifer on her pregnancy style: “I wish I was one of those cute pregnant girls who wear skinny jeans throughout their pregnancies. But I just gain weight.”
