Russell Brand has filed for divorce from Katy Perry.
After just fourteen months of marriage, the actor and the pop singer have parted ways. Rumors have been flying all week after the two spent the holidays apart and were seen without their wedding rings. TMZ confirmed the news that Russell filed papers today, citing irreconcilable differences.
Russell shared: “Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I’ll always adore her and I know we’ll remain friends.”
Russell and Katy were married on October 23, 2010 in India.
