Tori Spelling gives Dean McDermott a world of credit for keeping their family afloat while she was hospitalized during her fourth pregnancy.
While Tori was in her last trimester with her son Finn, she was ordered to strict bed rest in the hospital so she could be observed after being diagnosed with placenta previa. She then found herself back in the hospital shortly after his birth, with complications from her C-Section. Tori says that Dean was the superhero who took care of everything when it came to her and their three kids, Liam, Stella, and Hattie. “He was dealing with so much, but he was always really positive. We had date nights every Tuesday. Dean would spend the night at the hospital on a cot next to me and we’d talk.” “Dean’s a super dad. He’s a mom and dad all wrapped up into one.”
Dean did it all with a smile on his face. He lost his own mom at a young age and says that he had to stay upbeat and hopeful. “I couldn’t fathom losing the baby or T. I’m perpetually hopeful. T gives me a hard time about it.”
