Materials:

clean glass jar
red craft paint
white craft paint
water
paint brush
glitter (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Pour a teaspoon of water into the jar. Swirl the water around, and add about 1 teaspoon of red paint, while continuing to swirl so the contents of the jar coats the inside wall…
