Le Creuset cookware has stood the test of time in our household. I’ve heard stories from friends and online about inferior brands of enameled cookware vs Le Creuset, and we’re so glad we’ve made the investment (as well as very grateful to our friends and family who purchased the cookware off of our wedding registry). I’m a color commitment phobe, so I’ve since collected an eclectic mix of colors. This month, Le Creuset introduced the Matte Collection in colors “Mineral Blue,” “Cotton,” and “Sisal,” and there’s no surprise that it’s completely beautiful.
