On November 24, 2023, the heiress took to Instagram to post a picture of a pink top with a cute Peter Pan collar and ruffled hemline for the sleeves, pairing it with cozy bottoms that also cover the feet. The picture also featured cool heart-shaped sunglasses in a pink hue and an adorable bunny plushie in true Paris Hilton style. She captioned the post, “Thankful for my baby girl,” making it her second Thanksgiving post.
Besides Instagram, Paris Hilton also shared the news on TikTok through a video with her niece and nephew. In the short clip, she could be seen asking the kids if they are ready to meet their new cousin, to which they replied by asking if Hilton has two babies. She ended the video by responding in the affirmative (via People).
The new addition joins her elder brother, Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum, who she and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed through a surrogate in January 2023.

Plus, Paris Hilton did drop a significant hint in “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” In the chat show, she exclaimed, “The girl is gonna be named London Marilyn Hilton Reum.” She further explained that London is her favorite city and that she finds their names (Paris and London) sound really “cute” together.
The baby girl comes on time, as the couple recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary.
