Miriam Porter is an award-winning Canadian freelance writer and journalist. She writes about family travel, parenting, social justice, animal advocacy, veganism and humanitarianism for newspapers, magazines and websites across North America.
She has lived in New York City and Los Angeles where she worked as an actor in film and television shows.
