Plumbers – I know they’re expensive, but after seeing what Plumber Bob pulled out of our tub drain, I’ve decided he’s worth every shiny penny.
Marian Keyes – Have you discovered this brilliant Irish author yet? No?? Rush out right now and buy her latest, This Charming Man, and then go back and read everything she’s ever written. Deep themes with a sweet, witty coating.
Plaster Paint-em Robot Bobbleheads from Target – hours of entertainment for $1.99 per child.
Cardboard boxes – more entertainment for even less.
My four-year old’s recent fascination with vampires – He wears his cape everywhere, and yesterday he tried to order a blood frappuccino from the barista at Starbucks.
