  • Mod Podge & brush
  • 36″ 3/8″ dowel (cut into 2 18″ pieces)
  • Wax Paper
  • Glue Gun
  • Scissors
  • Red & blue spray paint
  • 2 wood toy wheels
  • 1 wood plaque
