My mom will definitely be at my house during my delivery and she may be in the room with me. I definitely think we’re going to invite my dad and my brothers, too, but they’ll be elsewhere—not my bedroom where I plan to give birth. It would be great to have them come over a few hours before it all goes down and hang out…

Erika Christensen is our June guest editor. The actress’ new HBO movie, Confirmation -- detailing the Senate hearings preceding the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, which were shaped by the testimony and allegations of sexual harassment submitted by law professor Anita Hill -- was released in April. Additionally, she has three Indie films in the works: Two for One, The Muse, and No Brains Club.
For six seasons, the 33-year-old actress played Julia Braverman-Graham on the NBC hit “Parenthood.” Her other TV credits include ABC’s “Wicked City” and “Six Degrees.” In film, Christensen is known for her stunning performance as Michael Douglas’ drug-addicted daughter in Traffic, as well as her starring roles in Flight Plan, The Perfect Score, and The Banger Sisters; she also had memorable roles in The Upside of Anger and Swimfan.
Christensen resides in Los Angeles with her husband, cyclist Cole Maness. The couple is expecting their first child together, a girl, this month.
