Due to popular demand, I’m back for round 2 of a whipped drink series. First, we whipped our way into coffee heaven with dalgona whipped coffee. That whipping action inspired a pink drink that’s making headlines of its own, known as strawberry whipped milk. This creamy drink looks like pink fluffy clouds, and tastes like a strawberry milk shake. The kids can enjoy this one, too, because it’s caffeine-free. My kids couldn’t drink it fast enough, and one of them hates strawberries! It’s as easy as 1, 2…you don’t even have to count to 3. Let’s get started on this 2-ingredient whipped wonder.
Whipped Strawberry Milk
Ingredients:
- Nesquik strawberry powder
- Milk
- Whipped cream
- Hand-mixer or stand mixer
Directions:
Step 1: Combine 2 tablespoons Nesquik powder and 3 tablespoons whipped cream in a medium bowl. For the dalgona coffee, I used muscle power to whip my way to fluffy caffeine peaks. With this drink, I found it best to use a hand-mixer or stand mixer. Let the machine do the work this time! Mix the whipped cream and Nesquik until it becomes creamy, and soft peaks form.
Step 2: Add several dollops of the pink fluffy clouds to a glass of cold milk. Enjoy the pink and white color block effect, and definitely use a spoon (or clean finger) to scoop some pink whipped cream into your mouth. Then, mix the topping with the milk, and sip away.
