Quick Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Ball Recipe

Looking for an easy dessert recipe to satisfy your kid’s cravings? Then, try these chocolate-dipped peanut butter balls. As the name suggests, the dessert is filled with the goodness of chocolate and peanut butter, making it a perfect sweet treat to satisfy everyone’s cravings any time of the day.

Plus, this four-ingredient recipe is super easy to make. You can get your kids involved in making this dessert. Since this no-bake dessert will be made within minutes, you will be out of the kitchen in no time. It’s a win-win situation.

Our tip? If your kids are allergic to peanuts, you can try the same with Nutella or any other butter of your kid’s choice. Also, you can substitute the sugar with honey or maple syrup and add a bit of coconut flour to make it healthier. To make the presentation more fun, decorate it with crushed nuts, sprinkles, or kosher salt for a delectable sweet and salty taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 5 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Dark, milk or white chocolate, melted

Preparation

  1. To make peanut butter balls, take a bowl and flatten the butter with a fork.
  2. Mix in the peanut butter along with powdered sugar, making sure there are no lumps. You can even use your hand or a spatula to mix it all together.
  3. Once the mixture comes together, roll them into small balls and set them aside in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small pan, melt your chocolate using the double-broiler method. You can even do this process in the microwave. However, be sure to stir the chocolate with a spatula every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
  5. Take the peanut butter balls from the refrigerator, dunk them in the melted chocolate individually, and place them on parchment paper. Use a fork or a toothpick to dip the balls for better coverage.
  6. Leave the chocolate-dipped peanut butter balls in the refrigerator until it sets completely.

You can store these chocolate-dipped peanut butter balls in an airtight container in your fridge for up to five days (if you can save them from your kids). These will also make a cute gift to give to your loved ones. So, try this recipe today and let us know how it turned out in the comment section below.
