Sweet and Easy Cinnamon Waffles Recipe

To keep our pantry stocked at all times I make my own waffle mix. This way it is always on hand. These sweet cinnamon waffles are a particular favorite of ours!

Ingredients for Dry Waffle Mix:

  • 4 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
