I cannot take credit for this one. My 5-year-old has created a genius after school snack or—if you do like we do—healthy dessert: CREAMSICLE YOGURT!
This is super healthy and as simple as it gets (after all, a kindergartener developed the recipe):
Mix plain Greek-style yogurt with freshly squeezed orange juice, honey and a dash of vanilla.
This tastes great sprinkled with granola or made into pops, which were a huge hit. We also think it’s kind of a perfect treat as is. Your kiddo not enthused about yogurt for dessert? Throw some sprinkles on top and watch them gobble it up. Seriously. One rainbowy bite and they’ll be hooked!
