I am not a juicing fanatic, but I do appreciate a healthy green smoothie now and then. I often drink it in the morning after I’ve been to the gym and am ready to start my day off on a healthy note. Since a smoothie takes about two seconds to drink, I don’t believe it should take that long to make. Over time I’ve come up with this recipe; it takes just a few seconds to throw in the blender and tastes great. It is naturally sweetened by the addition of pear. There are no added sugars or artificial flavors, which is just how I like to take my breakfast. It is straight up goodness in every sip.
