I’m Italian, and so tiramisu is one of my dessert specialties. In fact, it’s the most requested dessert from any of my friends once they know I can make it “homemade.” Usually it’s something most people have only when they order it at an Italian restaurant. Every once in a while like to mix it up and make a different version like this strawberry tiramisu. It’s refreshing and a little lighter than the traditional espresso version, and always gets rave reviews.
