Mother’s Day Melon Mimosa Recipe

While spending time with my two boys is my number one favorite Mother’s Day activity, enjoying a beautiful, delicious mimosa with friends and family is a close second.  

Though a classic Mimosa is made with orange juice, I love mixing my bubbly with other fruit juices. Especially melon juice! And honeydew melon adds a beautiful green hue, as well as a splash of refreshing sweetness that I love. 

So spend some time running around with the kiddos, and then sit down and delight in this lovely melon mimosa, savoring every sip along the way.
