Pomegranate Orange Pineapple Sparkler
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup pomegranate seeds
- orange juice, cold
- pineapple juice
- seltzer water
Instructions:
Step 1: Place pomegranate seeds into the bottom of a tall glass and muddle (bruise) the seeds using a wooden muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon.
Step 2: Fill the class ⅓ of the way with orange juice and then another ⅓ of the way with pineapple juice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of orange. Serve.
