There is nothing quite as challenging as trying to change up the kid's lunchboxes. It is so hard to come up with new ideas! For a new lunch I decided to combine our favorite snack with our favorite sandwich! This Apple and Peanut Butter Sandwich recipe has become one of our family's go tos. This also works well with Sunbutter which is fine for anyone with peanut allergies. It is the best of both worlds.
