This Simple Vegetable Stir-Fry recipe goes a long way in our house. I love making this dish up and serving it over rice for an awesome vegetarian meal. Sometimes I add chicken or fish to the dish to make it a heartier dinner. I usually make this with frozen vegetables but you should feel free to use fresh vegetables—they would work just as well and taste amazing. This is a great dish for everyone in the family.
