The word salad usually sends children everywhere into a fit of hysteria. Green stuff? No way! But my kids don’t mind salad at all. Why? Because I’m serving them salads they will actually eat. It is not about forcing them to eat something they don’t like, it is about making salads appealing with fun ingredients and a lovely appearance.
