Ingredient:
- 1 ounce creme de cassis
- 4 blackberries
- ¼ ounce black raspberry liqueur (Chambord works well)
- 3 ounces Champagne
- ice
Preparation:
Step 1: Muddle the blackberries with the creme de cassis and raspberry liqueur in a shaker.
Step 2: Add ice to the shaker and shake until chilled.
Step 3: Strain into a champagne flute; fill each flute about halfway and top off with Champagne.
Step 4: Garnish with one blackberry
