	Ingredients:
- 4 ounce log plain goat cheese
 - 1/3 cup dried cranberries
 - 1/3 cup pecans
 
	Preparation:
	Step 1: Finely chop pecans and cranberries and place into a small bowl.
	
	Step 2: Cut goat cheese log into 1/2 inch rounds, then cut those slices into half.
	
	Step 3: Roll each half into a ball between your palms.
	
	Step 4: Gently roll each goat cheese ball in the pecan/cranberry mixture until it’s full coated. Press gently so the coating sticks.
	
Step 5: Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made up to 1 day in advance and kept in an airtight container in the fridge.
