Instead, I make this popcorn chocolate slice and I really-really think you should too. It’s packed full of good-for-you stuff like tahini, coconut and goji berries that give it a flavour that’s just delicious.
You store the slice in the freezer and serve it cold, so it’s perfect for hot days and definitely perfect for making ahead.Keep the slices packed individually or in pairs so it’s easy to grab one or two out at a time.
