Getaways are nice, but when you don’t have an infinite budget that involves traveling with a nanny and having someone plan said getaway on your behalf (isn’t that the life…), there can be a good amount of stress and anxiety as well. That’s where small, pampering indulgences come in. It’s amazing how much something as simple as a self-tanner can help boost self-esteem/mood (at least for me). That expression “if you can’t tone it, tan it,” could not be more true!
