Overall
Black Adams is part of the DC Extended Universe. The story asks what make a character a hero or villain? What motivates their actions? If your kids are used to Marvel movies, Black Adam is more intense and gory than most Marvel movies however, it remains on-par with most DC movies. There is a lot of fighting and violence and characters including women and children are killed. There is a good deal of profanity but nothing as severe as Suicide Squad. There are also some frightening creatures like zombies and monsters that may be too scary for sensitive children.
