The show is filled with dark humor and sometimes morbid or frightening scenarios but in done in a playful and lighthearted way. The show is best suited for older audiences that aren’t easily frightened. The story-line focuses on stereotypes and outsiders. There are bullies that make assumptions about and tease characters. Wednesday is a confident character who cares deeply about her family and others.
